Dear fans - It has been a while since our last newsletter. I really did miss
communicating to you on individual basis. I have been travelling and I was
engaged in a new project at work, which together consumed a lot of my time. I
will tell you all about it in my blog. BUT we still did a lot of things
1. We did a family workshop about dealing with conflicts at home
2. We now have a dedicated slot in a training center in Cairo to do the Meditation classes
3. We have improved how you can reach us by adding the (Talk to a therapist) option in
the website and in the FB fan page

Hope you enjoy this newsletter and remember, you can be a better you. It is

Here is an exercise we did in one of the companies


working in a virtual environment. The team we
worked with was spread across six different
countries. Given the travel restrictions, the only
way
to
communicate
is
via
emails and
teleconferences. They ended up losing the
team spirit and working in siols.

unhealthy body. Quick tips to improve how you look, feel, and live:
1. Eat small and frequent meals small means you end up feeling neither hungry nor full frequent means

Fish, Eggs). Your body needs these nutrients, this is why depriving diets dont work on the long term and

3. Drink a lot of water. Water keeps you hydrated, and helps you to feel full and fight ravings
4. Dont forget the vegetables you need the Vitamins and the minerals
5. Move it Always take the moving option to commute, take a walk with your spouse, exercise
6. Meditate Relax and breath it will all be fine live in the NOW not in the past nor the future
7. Sleep well
