2. Sabah Softwoods Berhad In 2002, SSB entered into a Joint Venture for the construction and operation of a Crude Palm Oil (CPO) mill with equity participation of 40% in Regional Harvest Sdn Bhd. Recently in 2004, SSB was offered a 30% stake to participate in another Joint Venture namely K.M. Hybrid Plantation Sdn Bhd to develop 1000 hectares for planting of Acacia mangium hybrid trees. 3. Benta Wawasan Sdn Bhd.

Responsible in developing an agro-forestry plantation up to 45,601 ha. BWSB current holding comprises of 14, 807 ha of tree plantation and 15, 000 ha of oil palm plantation.

4. SISTEM KONSULT SDN BHD Established in 1979 to provide consultancy services in Mechanical and Electrical Installations of commercial, industrial, and institutional projects. Today the firm has built up a team of experienced engineers and supporting technical staff, and in a recent company restructure, is now a Bumiputra majority consultancy firm, with the appointment of an experienced Bumiputra Electrical Engineer in the Power Engineering field to the board. A number of large industrial projects had also been undertaken by the firm, including the Asian Foundry Centre and the Sabah Shipyard Expansion Facilities both in Labuan, Sapangar Bay Power Station for SESB, Fishmeal Factory and Boat Repairing Facilities at Sapangar Bay for SAFMA and the Water Works Extension projects at Kota Kinabalu and Tawau.
