June 3, 2013 To Whom It May Concern: I am happy to write this letter on behalf of Ms.

Vesna Bosnjak to your school or district. As the Early Childhood Coordinator at Immaculate Conception-St. Joseph School, I had the privilege of spending time in the Kindergarten classroom in which Ms. Bosnjak taught 17 Kindergarteners for ten weeks. Being a part of the Kindergarten weekly team planning meetings, I was able to observe Ms. Bosnjaksstrongorganizationalskills as well as her creativity. Her lessons are developmentally appropriate, creative and engaging, and differentiated to meet the needs of all learners. Ms. Bosnjak not only planned and developed lessons for her 17 Kindergarteners, but also prepared and shared lessons with the two other Kindergarten classes on the team. Ms. Bosnjak developed a strong rapport with her students, and was nurturing and warm to all children in the classroom. Her students entered her classroom each day with smiles and warm greetings. Ms. Bosnjaksabilitytoseekoutfeedbackfromhercooperatingteacherisadmirableina young teacher. She is open to suggestions and was always reflective during post lesson conversations, thoughtfully discussing how she could improve upon her lesson. Our school utilizes a co-teaching model in all early childhood classrooms. Ms. Bosnjak was eager to take advantage of this, often using small groups and working collaboratively with her co-teacher in the classroom. I have confidence that Ms. Bosnjak will be a great asset to your school/district. Please feel free to call or email me with any further questions. Thank you for your consideration.
