Officer I (IT Officer I)/ SG 21-23 Item No. 09341 System Analysis and Design, Application Management Office Information Technology Services Group QUALIFICATION STANDARDS: Education : Bachelors degree in Sciences, Technology, Engineering, Management or in a related field preferably with Masters degree in Information Management, Technology Management, Computer Science, Business, Law, Management or in a related field 32 hours relevant training 4 years relevant experience Career Service Professional or any equivalent/appropriate eligibility for second level position Responsible for assisting in analyzing, designing and implementing the application systems for organizational information systems to improve business efficiency and productivity. At least 4 years experience in systems analysis and design, and systems application development particularly in SAP ABAP. At least 1 year supervisory experience in project implementation and deployment of application systems. Other factors that would be considered are competence and knowledge of the job; critical/logical thinking; leadership; personality/interpersonal skills; communication skills (verbal and written), and for internal applicants, Performance Appraisal Ratings for the last two (2) rating periods.
