G5777268 Dear Sir, We have pleasure in offering you employment with our company on the following terms and conditions;1) Position 2) Salary 3) Food 4) Contract period : Production controller : 1,200 U.S DOLLARS per month. : 100 U.S DOLLARS per month as food allowance : Two years commencing from date of arrival in KENYA and will be considered for renewal at the end of each such period. : One months notice on either side, or payment deduction in lieu thereof. : Economy air ticket by shortest route from home town to Kenya will be provided by the company at the beginning of the contract and when returning home on termination of employment. : Paid leave entitlement will be 30 working days per annum of accruing on a monthly basis but becoming due after 1 year service. Economy excursion air ticket (Nairobi-Bombay) will be provided by the company once in 2 years. 8) Accommodation : You will be entitled to free furnished bachelor accommodation including water and electricity. : Medical benefits within the Kenya Government Health service will be payed for by the company, but this does not include non-medical dental or optical care.

: Medical Certificate, issued by your Doctor, indicating that you are in good Health and free from infections and diseases plus a chest-x- ray must be submitted with your acceptance of this offer letter.

11) General i. ii. iii. iv. Your employment will be governed by the laws of Kenya and internal regulation of the company as issued from time to time. You will not be allowed to engage in any other remunerative activity outside the company without written permission from management. You shall not at any time disclosure any privileged information which could be considered detrimental to the company. You will be required to work in Kenya in any branch of the companys business s at the discretion of the management.
