I. Condemnation of all nations


A. All foreign nations are guilty
1. They raid each other
2. They don't enforce their laws
B. Israel is more guilty - Has God's law
1. Slavery for small loans
2. They abused poor
3. Moral depravity
4. Idol worship
5. Didn't listen to God
C. Judgment is coming (721BC - Samaria fell)
II. Israel's Sins
A. God chose Israel but Israel rejected God
B. Judgment must fall because they cannot do right
C. All will be destroyed accept a remnant
D. Samaria's women oppress the poor while worshipping at the temple
E. All of God's warnings were ignored
F. Exile awaits them
G. The men worship Idols, corrupt justice,live the life of ease
H. Repent
I. Or exile awaits them too
J. Good desires justice and righteousness not religious activity
