Chicken curry Marinating: To 1kilo of chicken Add 1 Table spoon of red chili powder Add Table spoon of ginger

r paste Add Table spoon of garlic paste Add table spoon of turmeric powder (gurkmeja pulver) Add salt to taste Method: Heat oil in a frying pan and add chopped onion and saut them until they turn light brown, Add marinated chicken to the onions and mix it well, allow it to cook and make sure it doesnt get burnt at the bottom Add 1 cup of water and allow it to cook for 5 min, finally add chicken masala and cook it for 5 min and add chopped coriander leaves on top. If you dont have any of these you can take it from my shelf.
