    To: All Maasai Mara University Lecturers- Highlands Teaching Centre From: Office of the Director of Academics Date: 4th June, 2013 Dear Lecturers (School of Business, Computer Science & Arts & Social Sciences) RE: EXAMS Please note the following important points:1) The Draft Exams are due on Friday 14th June 2013. 2) Remember to handover both the soft and hard copies of the following; a) Draft Exams b) Course Outlines c) Marking Schemes NB: i) Soft copy in a CD ii) I have attached the format of the, Draft Exams, Course Outline & Marking Scheme. The marking Scheme should be broken down ( i.e. marks allocation). iii) Lecturers can also visit our library for past examination. 3) The 1st C.A.Ts will be done as from Monday 24th Sunday 30th June 2013. The C.A.T must be forwarded to the Director Academics on or before 21st June 2013. NB: i) ii)

    The C.A.T must be out of 30marks and concentrating on all areas covered. If your unit is on Monday the C.A.T will be done on that day (in that sequence)

    4) Lecturers are advised to be attending classes on time. Kindly log in at the reception. ( the register will be used to support your claim) some lecturers are teaching for only one hour instead of three (3)hours for Bachelors & Masters or two (2) hours for Dip & Cert.
