Organizing Successful New Service Development in Mongolian business sector

Mongolian business firms need to implement modern service strategies but they have insufficient systemic and empirical experiences on how to develop them successfully. Hence, the main purpose of this research is to develop a successful and complete model of NSD in Mongolian business sector. Many researchers have been reported about NSD process of different countries and different business services. The research will systematically investigate service development process and identify and analyze the most crucial variables in the literature. Finally it will determine the relationship between NSD and business variables such as customer and employee involvement, marketing orientation, technical quality, and innovation speed.
