As you know, APC has grown to a position of an industry leader that, above all,maintains standards and quality in all aspects of business. Something we can all agree on is we could benefit from some time to work distraction-free and learn more about one another as individuals.

This focused work time will take place in the best form possiblea retreat employees will benefit from, with an energized, three-day focus. This time will be used to increase group cohesiveness and make a positive difference in terms of enhanced communication and productivity here at APC.

This retreat will give us a chance to delve into interpersonal issues and discuss corporate strategy in an environment that will take us out of our daily routine, in an effort to achieve focus. This is meant to be an experience to look forward to, one that creates noticeable improvement and in the interest of strengthening inter-employee communications in an already dynamic company like APC.
