    The Rockford River Days Committee and Rockford Fire Department are sponsoring a river raft race on August 8th starting at 1pm on the Rockford Marina and ending at the Rockford Fishing Pier. There are adult and youth divisions with cash prizes for the top three finishers in each, and interested participants can contact Fire Chief Kevin Reed at 763-238-6035 or rfdprevention@yahoo.com to register for the $25 adult or $10 youth entry fee raft race.

    Youth (15 and under) Entry fee $10 per raft

    Youth: 1st $75, 2nd $50, 3rd $25

    Day of Race entries accepted up to 15 minutes prior to race
