Chamber conferences require recording or abuse like this will continue The review of the record in this case will show the Illegal dismissal of the contempt charges, the vicious abuse that nearly killed my daughter 2X and a court refusing continuance requested by a 22week pregnant mother hospitalized 2x and placed on "no-stress" bedrest for two weeks... Yet giving continuances to the corrupt attorney Judge "Pro-Tem Friend of the Court" and Judge Candidate Grainne Ward when her already dead father was thrown in some dirt. This attorney was able to have the abatement of all support done without notice and ex-parte and give letters to the Judge who enter the court room and says "yes I have them here and they are disturbing" when she discussed the letters written over the weekend on a Monday court appearance clearly demonstrating intentional "Due Process" violations and ex parte meetings of the mind. The elements of Title 18 241/242 conspiracy to deprive civil rights. After the threat This nullifies claims of a Liar, Abuser, and the thief of my children's support sent Thu, Nov 10, 2011 12:48 pm Perry states :... "The file accusing me of contempt and the basis of your issue, was submitted as a criminal complaint against me. I had my day in court and the case was "dismissal with prejudice". - THAT CORRUPT DISMISSAL WAS VACATED when BRICE WAS VACATED AND HE IS STILL IN CONTEMPT 13YRS LATER. Marital Judgments are non-dismissible. and 10% MANDADTED INTEREST "A dismissal with prejudice is dismissal of a case on merits after adjudication. The plaintiff is barred from bringing an action on the same claim. EVEN WHILE THAT FRAUDULENT CONTEMPT DISMISSAL "WAS" VALID IT DOESNT END THE UNDERLYING TAX DEBT FROM THE DIVORCE JUDGEMENT. The breech of this fiduciary obligation on unpaid marital TAX debt judgment is automatically adjusted to 100% of the total liability belongs to Perry King. + All Attorney Fees and 10% interest/year.
