Our Suppliers
We aim to use as much locally sourced, sustainable, organic and free range produce as possible. We are committed to managing our resources efficiently and as the business grows attaining a favorable Global Sustainability Rating. Our exquisite free range Label Anglais chicken is provided by S.J. Frederick and sons. Our free range eggs and lettuce comes from Hackney City Farm. And our sustainable Coley is bought fresh off the boat each morning from Billingsgate Market.
Our Stall
Aesthetically our stall aims to be simple yet tasteful and modern using good quality materials that will compliment the style of food we will have on offer. Our menu will be displayed on a framed blackboard and the stall will be tastefully branded. All of our equipment is LPG and we are fully Gas Safe Certified.
