Chief complaints: The patient came to the clinic with chief complaints of pain at the left elbow area, and there is lacerated wound at the left elbow area that had been hecting
History of present illness: Friday, October 26, 2012 fall down from the bike Sangkal Putung Soeroto hospital to hecting the wound and took radiological examination.
Because the pain did not go away, the patient came to the clinic on Monday, October 29, 2012.
