She was able to review a previous lesson with excitement and the students were engaged in the process using the promethean boar in the computer lab. Her ratio of interaction was within a 5-1 positive interaction. The transition time between the activities from promethean board and giving students websites via board was over 30 seconds and she was very clear on her standards and lesson. Mrs. Jacobsons ability to show knowledge, concept, clarity and the needs of the students as she walked around the room during the lesson helping students print up there state civil rights people and events. Teacher Ts cell phone was on at the end of the class period and she received a call. She didnt answer her phone though it disrupted the class. Phone use is during lunch and prep period. Though she is a well rounded educator in her ability and understanding concepts and principles of her curriculum and the class continued with lesson. TEACHER COMMENTS/GOALS:
