that responds to DOT Document Request No.2. This documentation fully responds to
items 5(c), 6, 7(c), 12, 16, 19.and 20. We continue to search for records to determine if
there are additional documents that respond to item #3 which is similar to item #7 in the
DOT Document Request #1 .

Please note the enclosed documents contain information concerning materials related to
the investigation and prosecution of Zacarias Moussaoui. Disclosure of this information
