Reservations may be made twelve (12) months in advance, using the Application Form which can be
downloadedfromthewebsite,www.methodistchurch.org.myorobtainablefromthefollowingaddress:

GroupReservationwillbeconfirmeduponthereceiptof50%ofthetotalaccommodationchargesand
20%ofthetotalfoodchargesthatwillbeadvisedbytheManagementOffice.Thebalanceduemustbe
paidthirty(30)daysbeforethedateofcheckin.
IndividualReservationwillbeconfirmeduponthereceiptof50%ofthetotalaccommodationcharges.

Payments are to be made by crossed cheque and written payable to AEC of the Methodist Church in
MalaysiaorbemadedirectlyintoourBankAccountwithPublicBankNo.3110028511inthenameof
AECoftheMethodistChurchinMalaysia.Foroutstationchequespleaseincludebankcommission.
Clientsarerequiredtosendproofofpaymenteitherbypost,faxoremailwithclearindicationofpayers
information.
Clients are required to inform the Management Office before any deposit payment is made to our
respectivebankaccountsforouradministrationpurposes.
RESERVATIONPOLICY
Fullpaymentmustbemadeone(1)monthbeforethedateofcheckin
ForGroupReservation,allroomingmustbefinalized2weeksbeforethedateofcheckin;therewithno
alterationwouldbeentertained.
CANCELLATIONPENALTY
Verbal cancellations are not accepted. All cancellations are to be confirmed in writing only, by the
applicationbeingsentorfaxedtotheoffice.
Cancellationfeeis50%ofthefullbookingpayment.
Norefundforcancellationmadeafter7dayspriortooccupancy.

6. HOUSERULES

Frasers Hill Methodist Bungalow is a resort centre available to Methodists, Christians & churchrelated
organizations as a place for retreat, programs, organized meetings, study rest & recreation. Thus, these set of
houserulesareinplacetohelptheplaceinagoodstateforthebenefitofallusers.

6.1
Checkintimeisafter2pmandcheckouttimeis12noon.

6.2
TheLeaderorPersoninchargeshallbriefthemembersofhis/hergroupontheHouseRulesuponarrival
attheCentre.

6.3
TheLeaderorPersoninchargeshallberesponsibleforthebehaviourandconductofhis/hermembers
includingkeepingthepremisesclean.Oneoftheaspectsistocorrectlydisposeoffsanitarynapkins.

6.4
The Leader or Personincharge shall be responsible for any loss or damage done to the Centres
property.

The Management Office reserves the right to disallow the use of the centre to any group, body,
organizationorindividual.

6.7
Thenumberofpersonsoccupyingtheroomsshallnotexceedthenumberofbedsprovided.

6.8
No person is allowed to reside in the Centre except guests and friends duly acknowledged by the
MethodistChurchorwiththepermissionoftheSiteSuperintendent.

6.9
Asthisisaministryproperty,residentsshouldexercisecareintheuseoffacilitiesprovided

6.10
Alterations/Extensionstolightpointsisnotallowed.

6.11
Nooutsidefoodisallowed.

6.12
Allwashingofclothesandpersonalitemsanddryingofthesameshallbedoneattheplacesdesignated.

6.13
Gambling,consumptionofalcoholicbeveragesandsmokingisstrictlyprohibited.

6.14
Allyouthgroupsmustbeaccompaniedbyadultcounselors.

6.15
Nomixedsexesshouldsharearoomunlessinfamilyunits.

6.16
All activities at the centre should end before midnight. All lights should be turned off by 12 midnight.
Silenceshouldbeobservedafter11p.m.until7a.m.

The Management Office shall not be held liable or responsible for any loss or damage to personal
belongings,norwillitbeheldresponsibleforanyinjuryormishapordeathofpersonsoccurringwithin
thepremisesoftheCentre.

Campfireisnotallowed.

Groupsarenotallowedtoalterthelandscapeofthefacilityinanyway.
