Proposed Plan For Incentive Structure.


Incentives will be paid with next months salary. (Eg: - Incentives for sale in March will be paid with April Months Salary i.e. may 1st) I. II. III. Option A (Standard Structure) ( Basic Salary + Incentives on Percentage ) 7% of NP. (Brokerage Amount) till sale of 10,000 sq ft. 10% of NP. (Brokerage Amount) on sale of 10,000 sq ft to 17,000 sq ft 15% of NP. (Brokerage Amount) On sale of 17,000 sqft and above. Option B (basic Salary + Incentives per sqft Basis ) Rs 3/ Sqft till sale of 10,000 sq ft. Rs 4/Sqft on sale of 10,000 sq ft to 17,000 sq ft Rs 6/sq ft on sale of 17,000 sqft and above. Option C (Basic Salary + Incentives flat) Rs 6,000/ Unit till sale of 10,000 sq ft. Rs 8,000/ Unit on sale of 10,000 sq ft to 17,000 sq ft Rs 10,000/ Unit On sale of 17,000 sqft and above.
