Focus and/or topic of the lesson I want them to understand very well the phonic of the new letter which is o. Assumptions about prior learning They have already known the phonic of letter o without knowing the shape of it or how that phonic letter look likes. Also, they already know the circle shape and its name. Anticipated problems and possible solutions Perhaps students will forget the shape of the letter o. I will ask them to repeat the phonic with drawing circle with their own hand. In addition, I will do that action while they are doing it. For the students who cant remember the phonic, I will request from each of them to on & off wall switch and say th e phonic as before them students did. Personal focus for this lesson I want them to repeat the phonic everywhere when they on & off the wall switches. Therefore, they wont forget it ever. Main tasks or activities 1. Showing them the video 2. Use a wall switch and repeating the phonic 3. Explain about the phonic by using the PowerPoint 4. The Low ability group draw o by using chalk boards & chalks. 5. The middle ability group white draw o on 4A papers. Grouping: 1 to 3 Whole class 4 to 5 Group work

Before watching the video, I will ask them to guess that what they think the video will be about. Then, I will show them a video. I will ask them Did you hear something? What it sound look like before on and off the switch? and I will use the wall switch. At second time, I will request them to listen and watch it carefully. I will request from some students to demonstrate what they saw in it by using the material which is wall switch. Then I will ask all of them to draw on the air a half circle by their fingers and say o.

2. Building knowledge 10 mins

I will show them the PowerPoint. Then, I will ask them Which is the letter has the phonic like that action sound? and some other questions. I will ask someone to draw the letter on the whiteboard and say the phonic. Then, I and the students will draw the letter on the air and say the phonic.

3. Transformation, presentation and reflection

I will ask five by five students to find in the classroom the things which look like a letter o and ask them to say the phonic. After students found that things, I will separate students into three groups by depending on their abilities. Elephant group which is students of low ability will draw o by using chalk boards. Parrot group which is students of middle ability will draw o by using a white paper and penile. Tiger group which is students of top ability will draw o objects on 4A papers

They will try to find them, say the phonics and go back to their place which is on the carpet.

They will separate and work on their activities with me or one of assistants. In addition, I and assistants will ask them many questions to check their understandings.
