Almost two weeks of OJT here in Registry of Deeds. We already knew a lot not like before, we just know a few things here because as long as were here we just learning different things. Thats why were enjoying our stay here.

April 23, 2013 (Tuesday)

When we enter the office a few clients was already there waiting for the release of their certified true copy. We assist the clients about their concerns. Some of the clients are waiting patiently for their documents. There are so many clients this day, we are so busy. Then around 5pm we go out in the office.
April 24,2013 (Wednesday)

There werent much people as we expected it to be. A few people went to the Registry of Deeds to gather whatever they needed. I spent the whole day searching for titles, assisting superiors and clients, printing certified copies and encoding chattel mortgages.
April 25, 2013 (Thursday)

Today is another day and today is one busy day.. We still went inside the vault to search for titles, patents, CLOAs and official certificates. After doing so, we will ask the client to check if the certificates we brought with us is the one they are looking for. The rest of the process will be done by our superiors. I, sometimes, assist them by printing the certified copies and bringing the papers to the clients
April 26, 2013 (Friday)

Last work day of the week. And theres nothing that we can do this day because yesterday we finished it already. Our Mam told us that its ok that we go out early, because theres no transaction when its 4pm.
April 29, 2013 (Monday)

Its Monday and we are expecting that Atty. Antonietta C. Lamar will visit us in the lower office to check if we did what she asks us to

do. So we assure that the titles are arranged properly, the vault is clean and the documents are in their proper places. We are so tired this day. Cleaning and arranging the titles are very tiring work. When I got home, Ill assure I will rest early so that I can regain my strength. Well, its a happy Monday though.
April 30, 2013 (Tuesday)

For the first time, we encounter a client which is very moody, in other words we called it mataray. She asks us something about how she can find information about her title which I dont know how. So we told her that if she can wait for Maam Susan because Maam Susan knows it. We ask her in a nice way but she just scolded me. She speaks so loud do I dont know what to do then Manel came and help me to explain to the client that we are just trainees here so please understand. Well, eventually, we make her calm down. Then Maam Susan came and assists her. This is a very challenging day and we learn a lot.
May 2, 2013 (Thursday)

Its just an ordinary day! We just search a lot of titles which we always do and clean the vault. We photocopied some titles and update the titles. Oh! Theres one thing happened, one of our co-ojt bought a lot of junk food which we all share. Its a food trip inside. P.S. We are permitted to eat inside the lower office.
May 3, 2013 (Friday)

We just have the same day like yesterday, we just arranged some files. And after that, we took a rest and have some conversation.

May 6, 2013 (Monday)

We are here in the upper office and there are just a few clients. I think I just encode two chattel mortgages and Sarah did two unregistered land also. So we are just sitting now and make ourselves not to bore. Well having a conversation with our co-ojt.
May 8, 2013 (Wednesday)

There so many documents to be encoded this day. I think this day is gonna be a busy day. Its okay because were not going to be bore. I bought a lot of snacks. Were not going to be hungry!

May 9, 2013 (Thursday)

Another busy day! There are so many documents to be file. And there are so many clients to be assists. Godbless us! I know we can do it! We take it seriously thats why we finish it as soon as we can .

May 10, 2013 (Friday)

Just an ordinary day! We assist employees of RD to their assignment like writing some important imformation. For us, they can do it easily if we will help them in their tasks.
MAY 14,2013 (Tuesday)

Its a Tuesday! Full of energy because almost three days of rest, Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Were not in the office because Monday is the election 2013. So we had a lot of things to arrange such as the titles left that not return to their respective books. We also arrange the other documents like chattel mortgage, unregistered land and registered land by their EPEB number and sometimes by their dates. On the afternoon, we help our mam to entertain clients inside, asking whats their needs. And we accompanied them. So that, other clients will be entertain also as soon as possible. As soon as the clients becomes few, were having a little time of conversation for us to be not bored. As the time passed, its already our time to go and be home as early as we can.

MAY 15,2013 (Wednesday)

Its another day, we start our morning just as the same. We entertain clients and give whats their request. If we dont know their request, we just ask to our mam to help us so that they will teach us that tasks. If theres no clients, we just sit and make a talk just to have fun and not get into bored. This day is a few clients only thats why we dont have anything to do and just wait for the warning sound (bell) at the city capitol.

MAY. 16,2013 (Thursday)

Thursday! Its just an ordinary day! We just search a lot of titles which we always do and clean the vault. We photocopied some titles and update the titles. Thats it. MAY17,2013(Friday) Its already 8am but our mam still in the upper office. So we are the one to assist them. A boy which he needs his certified true copy of his title and ask us if he will get his copy of title and we said yes. But, Mam Susan still in the office. Because shes the only one who will use the computer to make the certified true copy of titles thats why we said to the boy that just wait for our mam and he kindly agree. We just tell him to just filled up the request paper for him to easily know his information like his name, address, ID number and especially his Title number. And he did it. And when Mam Susan got to the office, she assist the boy what he wants. In the afternoon, we just relax and enjoy the day! May 20,2013 (Monday) Its Monday and we are expecting that Atty. We come to office early. We have some files to arrange. Our mam call us because she needs our help to look for the Title located in Nagcarlan and it will only just appear in the computer because she dont know how to look for it. And we try to search that title number and it just appear the New number with its volume so it is easy for us to get that title. Its also a busy day for us. May 22,2013 (Wednesday) We start our day just an ordinary day. Searching, looking, and arranging files. And after that, we just relax and waiting for our mam to call us if she needs us. Were just imagining, we only have just 4 days here in Registry of Deeds because on May 27 is our last day here. So we just remind again our co-ojts about our pakaen with the employees of Registry of deeds. We finalize the decision that were going to have that on Friday. Its a serious talk for us this day but its happy. May 23,2013 (Thursday) Its Thursday again! We just come to office early, just to finished our unfinished task so that we will have other things to do. As the same thing, we entertain clients today. In the afternoon, we make sure that our tummy is full so with that we have lots of energy this afternoon. We had a great meal today!

May 24,2013 (Friday) Thank God its Friday. Wew! Last work day of the week. . Anyway, its party later I mean everybody will make happy because we prepare meryenda today. Its our thanksgiving to them. We had contribution of 150.00 to buy some foods that we will eat for meryenda time. And we finally made it, the pansit bihon, bread and drinks our ready to eat. All of the employees giving thanks to us for that little party. Its a busy day but then were all HAPPY! May 27,2013 (Monday)

Aw! This day is our last day here.. Were happy that we finally accomplished our 300 hours of OJT or for almost 2months here in Registry of deeds. We will truly missed all the employees here, our mams and especially our attorney. We can say that all of them were so kind they treat as an employee also not just an trainees here. Thats why were so thankful that we choose this company for our On the Job Training. We had lot of things we know here and we will apply it for our future Jobs. We go to attorneys office to thank her and to say goodbye. She just asked us if we know lot of things and we said yes.. She said that its the only thing that she will asked us, if we learn a lot from RD. She said thank you also to us. And we said thank you also. We also say goodbye to our mam, to all the employees and also to our co ojts. We decided that if we had time to visit RD, we will. Its a sad day for us anyway.
