    Meeting Agenda
    Agenda Item I. The submitted budget Our budget for the semester was submitted yesterday. Duval will speak briefly on what was included and what funds each project will have at its disposal. Project Updates Project leaders will briefly give updates on there progress with their projects. Fundraising Opportunities We would like to have a few ideas on some fundraising activities to cover costs of our projects. There are certain rules we must follow with regards to this; we shall clarify. SIFE Class Next Semester Professor Day would like to talk more about this. A potential syllabus has been written, but we need a significant amount of students to take the course. South Africa Trip There will not be a South Africa trip for SIFE due to lack of member interest. Shadowing Officers As the year goes on, we will hold elections for official positions for next year. The elected officials will shadow current officials so that they learn more about the position. Next Meeting Our next meetings will be as follows: Wednesday, November 15 Thursday, December 7 Duvals Presentation Project We would like these team members to get together and make some more preparations for the presentation this coming Saturday, if needed.
