To find out the relationship between service delivery dimensions and type of account Multivariate analysis of variance is carried out by keeping service delivery variables as dependent variables and account type and type of introduction as factor variables. People introduced by different people have different perception about physical atmosphere and problem handling. People who have different account type such as savings bank, current account and fixed deposit have different perception about behaviour of employees of different banks. When both account type and type of introduction are taken into account it is having influence in personnel and physical atmosphere.
