Software Development Specialist

Functional Description
This position is responsible to fulfill customized software needs of HIPF. Responsibilities covers the whole life cycle of the required softwares.

Duties and Responsibilities

Carryout requirement analysis for the all proposed softwares. Prepare the feasibility report for the software and to determine that software is really useful for the organization. Propose the database and software design as per the given requirements. After finalization of design coding the whole project with agreed back end and front end platforms. Organizing training for all level of employees for the softwares. Implementing the software throughout the organization. Providing support for the software made for its smooth implementation in the organization. Creating and providing documentation for the softwares.

Note: This job description shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, the above duties. May be assigned to perform other duties to maintain operations and services.

Reporting Line
This position reports to the in charge of the Software Committee or HR Manager.

Span of the control

This position decides software feasibility in given environment and ensures its development and support.

Qualification
Master in Business Administration Bachelor in Computer Application Master in Computer Application (pursuing) 3 years Advance Diploma in Software Engineering Certification in Routing and Networking

Certification in ASP.Net Certification in C#
