INFORMATION
The undersigned prosecutor hereby accuses the above-named accused of the crime of KIDNAPPING with RAPE, committed as follows: That on or about November 26, 2010 at about ten o clock in the morning, in the City of Baguio, Philippines, and within the jurisdiction of this Honourable Court, the above-named accused, both private individuals, conniving, confederating, and mutually helping one another, with deliberate intent, did then and there, wilfully, unlawfully, and feloniously kidnapped or deprived one Lucy of her liberty and brought her to Bauang, La Union, on the occasion thereof, and in connection therewith. Accused with deliberate intent, did then and there, have carnal knowledge of said Lucy against her will by means of force, violence, intimidation, and threat. CONTRARY TO LAW.
