The positive and negative behavior displayed by teachers determines, to a great extent, their efficiency in the classroom and, sooner or later, the impact they have on student accomplishment. By analyzing the positive and negative features will help the concept of improving the educational system for both students and teachers. The teacher represents the institution, generally students intend to link any particular subject with a teacher and the way the subject was taught in the class. A teacher who shows keenness and proficiency in a content area may shift those opinions to the students. Some teachers plan according to their flexibility either at home or after the college, crafting the unit plans that add in various objectives. An effective teacher encourages the student to excel, and provides the drive to motivate the student to make a continual attempt when required.
