Greetings, I having problems with my new Astro A50, i have been looking for an answer in th e oficial forum and

another pages, and i saw that the people have the same probl em than me with this model. I used it just like 2 days. The problem is that my a stros doesn't charge when i plug it to the MixAmp Transmiter or another font lik e my laptop or directly to the xbox, whatever this 2 days of test i plug it just to the MixAmp, and the MixAmp to the xbox or laptop, and it doesn't charge, jus t appears the solid orange light and never begin to the solid red that means tha t are fully charged; after that if i unplug the charger usb, the light just turn off and the astros are without battery, i try to turn on but doesn't happen any thing; then if i plug the usb again the orange light start again. There are some thing rare, when i plug the usb and i push the Power button in the astros, the l ight just turn off and the same way it doesn't charge, after that if i hold the power button the light begin to blink red till the light finish to turn off agai n. I saw a post of the staff of astro gaming that suggest to try to drain the fu ll battery or update the firmware, i did it and it doen't work too, my astros ar e dead without usb plugged. So i need help to solve this and i will be so happy if you can help me, i love this astros when i saw it and i just want to charge i t. I don't know if it can fix it or need a return or exchange for another astros A50 or A40 with the rest of my money.
