What is Your Training Zone?
To maximize the benefits of your exercise, it is best to work hard enough to keep
your heart rate in your Heart Rate Training Zone.

If you don’t work hard enough to get your HR into this zone, you’re really not
getting much benefit from the exercise. If your HR goes above the zone, you
may be working too hard, hurting your efforts.
