Logistics

- is the process of requirement determination (Planning), procurement, storage, distribution, maintenance, disposal and replacement of police equipment and facilities designed to efficiently and effectively provide the material support to police operations.

Logistics Organization:

VISION:
Provide Basic Equipage and Facilities to all PNP Units and Personnel

MISSION:
To Administer and Manage the Logistics Activities of the PNP to ensure the Operational Readiness and Capability of its Units and Personnel

Function:
1. Exercise supervision over all the logistics related activities the PNP 2. Exercise supervision and functional control over LSS and ES 3. Develop logistics Doctrines and Policies 4. Prepare logistics plans and programs 5. Monitor the implementation of logistics policies and programs 6. Evaluate existing logistics policies and programs and propose enhancement 7. Assess the performance of PNP units/offices on matters related to logistics 8. Develop and implement logistics training and education in coordination with DHRDD 9. Maintain database on all material resources and facilities as well as all logistics transactions of the PNP 10.Perform other logistics functions as may be directed by the C, PNP.
