Appointment of media buying Agency for print media for UP &Uttarakhand With Reference to the discussion undersigned had with you, regarding the appointment of media buying agency for print media, we hereby confirm appointment of M/S Origins Advertising Pvt. Ltd. as media buying agency for print media on behalf of M/S NCHM, Greater Noida for the period upto 31.03.2013, for the state of UP and Uttarakhand . We also confirm booking of media as per following details: 1) 2) 3) 4) 5) Advertisement Size: Full Page/Half page Position: Best Possible Date of Issue: Any date (No Blackout dates) Validity Period: upto 31st March2013 Total Business Volume Commitment: Rs 15 Lakh.

General Conditions: 1) Origins shall be agency on record for media buying for print media for all the advertisements in UP and Uttarakhand editions. 2) The agency appointment has been made as special deal for procuring specially negotiated beneficial rates for our organisation. 3) Formal purchase along with the date of release of advertisement shall be communicated separately at the time of release of advertisement. 4) Agency Management Charges @ 10% shall be paid on value of total advertisement released through Origins. 5) Service tax as applicable will be paid extra. 6) Artwork shall be provided by Advertiser and confirmed artwork shall be provided at least 2 days before the last date for booking of respective advertisement. 7) Advertisement release shall be subject to page and position availability on the date of placing purchase order.
