B. B. Live Nation Entertainment, Inc., its subsidiary Ticketmaster Entertainment, Inc., any other ticketing agencies, and Matchbox Twenty, its managements and promoters,

as they pertain to the following event held at Miller Auditorium: C. Matchbox Twenty, February 13, 2013.

The requested documents include but are not limited to all contracts, documents, ticket manifests, ticket distribution charts, ticket allotment summaries, artist riders and agreements between the above parties, as well as any documents containing information regarding:

ticket sales, the total number of tickets available and how they are to be sold or distributed, the number of ticket pre-sales (e.g. fan clubs, American Express, etc.), ticket resale, limitations on the resale of tickets, limitations of purchasing tickets including exclusivity agreements, seat maps, maptypes, and any document that identifies, by section, row, and seat, how each ticket was sold and/or reserved, or incentive and rebate agreements by and between Western Michigan University or 1 of 2

Miller Auditorium, the artists' management company and the ticket service used. Let us know ahead of time if costs of fulfilling this request will exceed $100.
