We start from the Peter Pan statue and we going at the British Museum. 1.

We start our guided tour in advancing in Kensington high street and you can see on your left Albert Memorial. Albert Memorial is a monument to the memory of Albert of Saxe-CoburgGotha. This monument is 47.5 meters hight. The structure was finish in 1872 and the statue of Albert placed in 1875 2. Continuing in Kensington Rd, we can see Wellington Arch. Originally, this arch was to command for commemorate the British victories during the Napoleonic wars. Today the statue is the largest bronze statue in Europe and she represents the angel of peace descending from his float of war. This arch is located past Hide Park and in front of the Buckingham palace where the queen Elizabeth lives there. 3. A little further down the street from Park Lane we see on our left Marble Arch. Marble Arch is a monument in marbe white. The arch was built in 1828 by the architect John Nash on the model of the Arch of Constantine in Rome. 4. We are now moving into the street which opposes Oxford Street. We see to our right Madame Tussaud's Planetarium. Madame Tussauds is the name of the wax museum founded in 1835 by Marie Tussaud. There are also several other European cities. 5. Now we are soon arrived at the British Museum. But before that, we still see the University of London which is located in the corner of Old Curiosity. This is a University that is comprises 18 constituent colleges and 10 research institues. They are nearly 135 000 students on the campus. The university was established by Royal Charter in 1836. Then finally, we walk down the street of Waterloo and our left is the British Museum.
