Exporting Mails from zimbra webmail

Step 1 -> Login to zimbra webmail by selecting the version as Advanced (AJAX)

Step 2 -> Click on preferences and then click on import export as mentioned in the screen shot

Step 3 -> go to export window and source should be all folders if you are taking complete backup and then click on export as mentioned in the screenshot below

Step 4: Save the file in the desired location as mentioned in the below screenshot and then close the webmail
