In compliance with CVM Instruction No. 381, of January 14th, 2003, issued by Securities and Exchange Commission of Brazil (Comisso de Valores Mobilirios - CVM), as ratified by Circular Notice CVM/SNC/SEP/No. 01, of February 14th, 2007, relating to the disclosure of other auditing services provided by the independent auditors, Multiplan Empreendimentos Imobilirios S.A. (the "Company"), hereby informs its shareholders and the market that the Company's independent auditors, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Auditores Independentes, did not provide other services than independent auditing services for the fiscal year ended December 31st, 2012.
