Day 3, 4: Project Selection Application of Define Tools Standard Deviation: Concept Measure Phase: Data Collection Measurement System Analysis FOCUS PDCA vs DMAIC FMEA

Course Content:
Day 5, 6: New 7 Quality Control Tools Analyze Phase: Process Mapping Lean Principals & Tools Pareto Analysis Cause & Effect Diagram Participants Presentation Review & Discussion

Course Content:
Day 7, 8: Improve Phase: Brainstorming Techniques with exercise Benchmarking & 6-3-5 6 Hats Technique Control Phase: Overview of Control Charts Case Study Presentation & Discussion

Certification Criteria:

100% Attendance Active participation in all assessment during the course Min 70% score in the examination

Project Completion Criteria

A project should be completed ideally within 6 months (which can be extended to 1 year under special circumstances). A project should show tangible/intangible savings as output of the project. A project should be submitted for evaluation to sAvh in the prescribed format. A project should be presented at sAvh.
