    Monday, July 1, 2013- 4:00 p.m., with workshop to follow at 5:30 p.m. Council Chambers East side of Monte Verde Street between Ocean and Seventh Avenues

    Roll Call then Adjourn to Tour of Inspection


    View the site of an encroachment permit application for the installation of stairs in the public right-of-way on Eighth A venue two northeast of Junipero Street.

    Closed Session at City Hall Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956 et seq. of the State ofCalifornia, the City Council will adjourn to Closed Session to consider thefollowing:

    1. Public Employee Performance Evaluation- Gov't. Code Section 54957. Title: City Administrator.
