1. Attach your microphone to your computer.

2. Double click your Audacity icon on your desktop.

3. Click the red circular record button and begin speaking.
4. When finished speaking click the orange/brownish square stop
button.
5. To re-listen to your podcast click the green triangular arrow
play button.
6. If you messed up and need to start completely over, click the
“X” next to Audio Track on the far left.

 1. Click File.
2. Click Export as MP3.
3. Save to your Flash Drive, enter a File Name, and click Save.
4. You can give your podcast a Title on the next screen, but it is
not necessary. Click Ok.
5. When you go to exit Audacity it will ask you if you want to save
the changes, click no.
