Dear Sir/ Madam, RE: NATIONAL HANDBALL REFEREE GRADING COURSE The Kenya Handball Federation wish to invite to attend referee Grading course to be held at the Nyayo national Stadium on the1st to 4th April 2011 at the Nyayo National Stadium. This is a technical training specially tailored to meet the needs of upcoming Referees to attain technical excellence and also nominate referees for the International Referee course to be held in Nairobi in the month of June 2011. Conditions for participation: Registration fees of 3,000.00 Shs. Training kit: Whistle cards and training kit. Writing material to be provided. New fitness test for referees to be conducted Participants cater for their own up keep and travel
