Summary

Heart Attack is the death of heart muscle due to the loss of blood supply. The loss of blood supply is usually caused by a complete blockage of a coronary artery, one of the arteries that supplies blood to the heart muscle. Diabetes mellitus is a group of metabolic diseases characterized by high blood sugar (glucose) levels, that result from defects in insulin secretion, or action, or both. Most heart attacks occur as a result of coronary artery disease (CAD). CAD is the build up over time of a material called plaque on the inner walls of the coronary arteries. Diabetes mellitus occurs when the pancreas doesn't make enough or any of the hormone insulin, or when the insulin produced doesn't work effectively. The symptomps of hearth ataack is pressure, squeezing, fullness or pain. The second symptoms is sweating,nausea,arm pain and so on. Besides that, diabetes also have the symptoms like Irritability, blurry vision,increase fatique, extreme hunger and much more. Both of its have many type of way to diagnose the desease. For the heart attack,we can diagnose it trought blood test. A blood test identifies that these enzymes resulted from a heart attack.One more ways is Electrocardiogram. Diabetes also have many way to diagnose it such as fasting plasma glucose, oral glucose tolerance test,and random plasma glucose test.
