Master Earl Tullis has practiced martial arts for over thirty years. He is currently training in Small Circle Jujitsu and holds a 5th degree black belt in both Tae Kwon Do and Modern Arnis. Master Tullis has traveled around the country holding seminars to spread the art of Modern Arnis. Modern Arnis is a Filipino stick fighting art developed by Professor Remy Presas. Master Earl Tullis will demonstrate the arts principle of counter-for-counter to flow from technique to technique in order to control an opponent and win the fight.
