    Location: Head Office (Bandra)
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Essential Functions & Key responsibilities
    Will be responsible for
    Obtaining proposals from different sources, negotiation with land owners & land facilitators.
    Researches the market for re development opportunities and gets tender documents from
    societies.
    Research of records to determine property ownership and obtain other relevant information
    maintains files and records.
    Arranges for appraisal and title reports prepares lien waivers, statements of just compensation,
    and co-ordinates with Legal Dept.

    Fresher MBA. Experience will be an added advantage, though not mandatory.
