    Always remove stylus before disassembly .

    1. Remove battery. 2. Remove 4 screws on back housing using T5 Torx tool. 3. Pry out black corner piece of housing, then pry off back housing. 4. Unplug switchboard cable by lifting up. 5. Unplug main video cable by lifting brown latch and sliding cable out.

    6. (a) Remove silver screw in small circuit board by record button. (b) Lift up small circuit board to remove. 7. Remove 2 black screws at lower left corner and top right. 8. Lift motherboard out. 9. To remove/replace LCD screen, pull back clips on left side and slide screen to left and out.

    10. To access keypad, (a) remove 2 screws on metal plate and then (b) remove plate. Switchboard panel will then lift out.
    To reassemble, follow instructions in reverse order.
