Advancing Your Sewing Skills!


This is a week long, home based camp, designed to continue the sewing skills learned from the Learn to Use a Sewing Machine camp. The focus of this camp will be improving your basic sewing skills and advancing your skills for larger and more detailed projects. I will introduce pattern reading and we will use a commercial pattern to make one of our projects. Projects will be an artists tote bag and a full coverage apron.
Class Dates - July 15th - 19th Where - 490 N. 4th Ave. (Sequim) Across from the Boys & Girls Club Time - 8:30am - Noon (please pack a snack for your child) Is your child a Sequim Boys & Girls Club member? Drop off to the club is available if you are unable to pick your child up at noon. Cost - $110 + supplies Supplies: 1.5 yards of cotton, twill or lightweight denim fabric for apron .5 yards of cotton fabric for artists tote bag Thread (one spool will be enough, but kids are welcome to bring more than 1 color, if they wish)
