Course Description:
In this course, students will learn the fundamental concepts and contributions of Management. This course also teaches Human Resource Practices which plays a vital role in the organization. It gives knowledge about Quality controls and Project Management.

Course Objectives:
Primary Objective: 1. To understand the concepts of Management, Administration and Organization. Secondary Objectives: 1. To learn and apply a range of deterministic models/techniques to decision making problems. 2. To identify the real issues that needs the managers attention in the modern management period. 3. To know the difference between organizing and organization. 4. To know how the plant is to be located and is to be arranged (Layout). 5. To determine the standard time, this required completing the standard work. 6. To produce quality output through control charts 7. To understand Human Resource Practices
