    Kanata North Community Design Plan

    Consultation
    Ongoing and effective consultation and communication has, and will continue to play, a key role throughout the Kanata North CDP project. Engaging a wide range of stakeholders and community members from the onset and throughout the full program results in a plan that belongs to everyone.
    As part of the consultation program, a series of Open Houses are being planned, as well as soliciting input from Public and Technical Advisory Committees. The process will culminate in a Public Meeting at the City of Ottawa.

    June 26, 2013: Integrated Environmental Assessment and Planning process; Existing Conditions; etc. Fall 2013: Alternative Land Use and Transportation/Infrastructure Concepts Winter 2014: Preferred Land Use and Transportation/Infrastructure Concepts Spring 2014: Public Meeting at Planning Committee to present CDP, Master Plans, and Official Plan Amendment; Council consideration
