Serve as the fourth grade level team lead (responsibility includes running weekly grade level meetings) . Began an after school ELL club; teach K -4 ELLs. Started a recycling program at the school.
Fourth Grade Teacher Lansing Charter Academy 8/10-6/12 (National Heritage Academies)

Taught in a diverse classroom with a wide range of academic needs. Participated in weekly grade-level and administrative meetings, including weekly observations. Provided professional development in Lucy Calkins Writers Workshop to teachers grades 3-6 (one 2-hour session). Taught summer school and summer Spanish enrichment course (multi -grades).
