:Photocopy ( a) Valid Trade Licence (b) PAN Card ( c ) VAT (d) Enlistment in Government/PWD for special water proofing works (e) Credential of similar nature of government / CU job amounting to nine lakhs in the last six financial years ( f) A declaration in the bidders letter head that the Guarantee of the work will be five years from the date of completion. Any leakage / seepage found in this period will be rectified free of cost and for this a sum of 10 % of the bill value will be retained by the University Authority until the guarantee period is over . Failing of the Guarantee clause will forfite the retention money.
