THE COURT REFUSED TO POST ME OUT A COPY OF THE BLUE BOOK FOR THE APPEAL HEARING... 7 February 2013....
When we opened it up some time later there we discovered THEIR ENTRIES WERE NOT MINE...
I was only informed in the District court that Julie Foster had taken out a common law lien - a WORKERS LIEN, over my motorhome... That was all they stated... 12 June 2012.. We tried to locate the workers lien via courts etc and could not locate one......
ONLY AFTER THE MATTER WAS COMPLETELY SHUT DOWN AND WE WERE FINALLY PROVIDED A COPY OF THEIR CRIMINAL COURTS BLUE BOOK Raised by ...... The criminal Registrar Jerry

I refer to your email of 12 January 2013. I do not understand what you mean by "stop watch" hearing but I assume you mean your application for leave to appeal. The practice of the Court of Appeal in leave applications is that each party is allocated 20 minutes to put their case, with a view to the application being heard and dealt with within an hour. Perhaps that is what you are referring to by way of a "stop watch". As a result, there is no application made for a "stop watch" hearing, as it is simply the manner in which the Court of Appeal deals with leave only applications.
