Dear All, I would just like to offer my recommendation of Hari's talents.

In 2004 I was producing a film called "The Four Seasons Mosaic". It is a performing arts documentary that was commissioned by the CBC. Hari was our sound mixer for the Indian portion of the shoot. I found him to be incredibly professional and hard working. The fact that we are still in touch almost two years later is a testament to his ability to be a strong team player. Hari gets excited about the projects he works on and that excitement for his work does not end when wrap is called. He is truly a lovely person to have on your crew. To give you an sense of Hari's ability, we recorded live music performances with a portable mixer, boom and RF mics, in outdoor locations, not exactly a sound man's ideal circumstances for recording music for a film about music. Although we had recorded these pieces in studio the quality of Hari's work was so good we used the pieces he recorded in the field in the final film. Best regards, Karen Hawes
