Calendar Descriptions
August 31 September 9 Welcome Coffee: A Welcome Coffee will be hosted by our Parents' Association at 8:30 A.M. in ODonnell Hall. It is a great time to see old friends and make new ones! Classroom Preview: You may visit the classroom at any time between 11:30 A.M.12:30 P.M. Please bring your child to explore the room and meet the teacher! School Tour: Meet in front of the school office at 5:30 P.M. for this optional tour of the campus. Back to School Night: At least one parent must attend this orientation from 6:007:00 P.M. in the school hall. This session will be for PARENTS ONLY. You will hear about our program, receive an informational booklet, and have the opportunity to ask questions. You will be asked to fill out a card that will provide us with information about your child, including any health concerns. Please bring a list of family members, caregivers, and friends who you will authorize to pick up your child. Early Dismissal: Please note the 7:50 A.M. drop off and 10:00 A.M. pick up. Children will have this drop off/pick up schedule every time a 12:35 Dismissal is noted on our school calendar.

First Day of School

Thursday, September 1 What to bring: Children will need their uniform, backpack, snacks, and a smile! Your child will only need a small backpack. (A folder, sweatshirt, and a snack/lunch bag should fit easily inside.) Homework folders: Your child will be provided with his/her first folder. Label: Please remember to label the backpack, lunch bag, and any outerwear (sweatshirt/jacket) with your childs name.

Please label your childs supplies. Small backpack (no roller bags) Reusable lunch bag Crayons (8 colors) Markers (8 colors) Liquid glue (4 oz. washable) One 3-inch binder One 1.5 inch binder Two plain homework folders

Classroom Supplies
These items do not need to be labeled. Last names A-L: 1 paper towel roll, 1 box of tissues Last names M-Z: 1 container of antiseptic wipes (for cleaning), 1 container of baby wipes (for hands)

Supply notes: We will begin collecting your childs supplies and classroom supplies on Back to School Night, and you may continue to bring them during the first week of school.
