• As Client Representative sorting out the day-to-day operational problems during the fabrication of over 6000
tons of primary steel sub-assemblies (Onshore in Baku, Azerbajan and Ceyhan, Turkey) and 4000 tons of
exotic pipework (stainless steel, duplex and super duplex) for the ACG project (Caspian Sea, Azerbaijan).
• Completing all works ahead of schedule to the highest safety and quality standards laid down by BP.
• Controlled all QA/QC, and compliance issues.
• Included 6 months in Baku – overseeing pressure testing prior to commissioning.
• Co-ordinated a multi-disciplined sub-contractors, construction and maintenance crews (over 350 personnel).
• Financial and budgetary responsibilities.
• Daily management of multi-disciplined workforce, subcontractors and vendors.

• Supervised the building of two new Royal Naval Vessels. Full project life cycle to unit erection.

Swan Hunter: Leadon Conversion Project (Oct 00-Oct 01)
• Oversaw the supervision of an integrated team of over lOO Platers and Pipe Fitters - fabricating and erecting
the pipe work for the topside conversion of the Global Producer III FPSO.
Swan Hunter: Blake SubSea Template (April 00-Oct 00)
• Supervised this British Gas project from first-cut of steel through to load-out, including fabrication and
